Our Deep Tissue massage is a type of Oil massage using slow, deep and specific pressure that targets knots and painful built up tension from daily lifestyle. On arrival your therapist will ask you if you have a particular area that needs attention and we will focus on that area for you. Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing chronic muscle tension or knots, using gliding, kneading, friction, vibration, and percussion movements. Deep tissue massage aims at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and fascia.
